The Company’s principals currently own over 100 buildings consisting of industrial, creative office, office and retail space, with a majority of its properties located in the greater Los Angeles and South Bay industrial areas including Torrance, El Segundo, Hawthorne, Vernon, Santa Fe Springs, City of Commerce, Culver City, Playa Vista, Anaheim, Montebello and Santa Ana. Karney also prides itself on providing a high level of service to its tenants.
Karney Properties began diversifying its development strategy in 2013 to include trans-generational growth opportunities in mixed-use projects for creative, retail, commercial, residential and other tenants in high-demand markets. In 2015, Volo Development Company was launched to execute this new development strategy.
