Robertson Landing is a prominent, transit-oriented site in Culver City adjacent to the new Expo Line station. The site was formerly a Federal Express distribution center and office building that Karney is transforming into a unique, creative office complex.

The project includes approximately 96,000 square feet of modern offices with a new façade, architectural green spaces, enticing entrances, private terraces and a roof garden. It also includes a dramatically updated, ample and efficient garage. We encourage tenants to trade their car for public transit, as they bike or walk to work.
