52Ten is an over 9 ½-acre parcel of land in El Segundo off the 405 Freeway just South of LAX. It is anchored by a 170,000 square foot building. Karney Properties purchased the building from Seimens Corporation.
We have completed a dramatic upgrade to transform this office building into a creative center with indoor/outdoor work/play space, a new entry, café, library and common room. Future development plans include a new 100,000 square foot building and a parking structure.
